STAGES
STAGES is really a registered Technical Theatre company, created in 1994 using the kind support of Spend Companies in Singapore.In 1994, several youthful part-time stars Jonathan Lim, Sean Yeo, Nelson Chia, Daphne Tan, Jacqueline Low and Liow Lee Hsiang carried out a new abide by Jonathan Lim titled Red-colored Packets in the Spend Lunch Programme.
The play was made up of ten vignettes about Chinese Year, referring to its mythical roots, its faded significance among youths, its curious traditions, the social gulfs it exposes, and also the loneliness of individuals who've no families to celebrate it with.
