Chestnuts through the ages...

Hark the Jingle
Red-Nosed Chestnuts
(1996-2002)

We'd actually love to give you a blow-by-blow account of what's happened in the last 7 years of Chestnuts, but our archiving methods leave a little to be desired. But that means you don't have to wade through so much of our history just yet! For now, an overview of what's been going on with our favourite duo.

A Politically Correct Silent Night

The most popular Christmas bit in our show ever - the singalong session where the audience joins us to sing these PC lyrics, printed in their programmes.

A Politically Correct Silent Night

Non-daylight hours of minimal decibel emission
Non-daylight hours of implied positive religious significance
All is possessed of a negligible level of stress
All is highly reflective of light from natural sources thus appearing to emit light of their own

Round yon non-sexually initiated person, maternally-obligated person and non-adult person
Religiously enhanced freshly-birthed person so non-possessed of aggressive tendencies

Engage in non-waking activity in non-war state suiting
an idealised projection of post-death existence
Engage in non-waking activity in non-war state suiting
an idealised projection of post-death existence
