Romance
is for the unfuckable.
Let’s
skip words – just screw me, do me, ram it thru me until
i forget my name.
No
procrastination.

Funny, poignant, sexy and unpredictable
– STAGES has been bringing poetry to throbbing life through
performance for years, and now, we are proud to collect
our favorite pieces plus some new works into an all-new
celebration of the word made flesh.
Dead fish, tight speedos, maggi noodles, rainbow
flags and army drill – all become accessories to the word
in this lively, provocative romp through Singaporean poetry.
love is a welcome intrusion
an invasion you wanted
a violation we need

In Action 2 (where the team was nominated for Best Ensemble
in the 2002 Life! Theatre Awards).
Simple
soul asks as little as possible – just someone to love me
forever

never let me go, and to give meaning to my life.
